Dominus, produced by the Dominus Estate Corporation, is made solely from grapes grown on the historic Napanook Vineyard in Yountville, California.

Comparable in quality to the charming 1992, the 1995 vintage will be remembered for its exceptional suppleness. It is a typical wine to be enjoyed young and has a potential to age gently.
Vintage Summary
The spring of 1995 was cool and wet, with mild temperatures in June, creating ideal conditions for the bloom. The summer and early fall were relatively moderate leading to a prolonged harvest. Fortunately, there was an Indian summer with excellent conditions through September and October.
